Princess Zelda Mae Butter Shine loves to lounge on the sofa and watch TV. Our dogs are smart - they always look for the softest place to rest.


Zelda may be way too smart for her own good. Yesterday I found her like this:


Alex had dragged a dining room chair over to the bar so he could climb up and down by himself. Zelda followed his lead and climbed up onto a barstool too, using the chair. They were enjoying cheese and crackers together when I caught her. When I first walked into the room, she was actually sitting on the barstool, like it was the most natural thing in the world for her. She knew she was in trouble too because she immediately jumped down after I took this photo.

It's a good thing she's cute, because she sure is naughty.
